Position Purpose :
1. Responsible for all Foods safety and Quality management at the Ext mfg location
2. Ensure the production meets the Quality standards and defined specifications.
3. Online quality analysis and ensure final product quality standards
4. Knowledge and follow of FSSAI guidelines and requirement for flour milling operations and quality standards
5. Ensure the quality of raw material analysis and reporting.
6. Ensuring shelf life validation analysis of the products.
7. Competitor sample analysis.
8. Preparation of daily and month reports of analysis.
9. Packing material and consumer packing samples and analysis.
10. Follow GLP and ensure the calibration of equipments.
11. New product development support through analysis.
12. Preparation of Blend operations and analysis.
13. Certificate of Analysis for Institutional Sales and local deliveries.
14. Proper Storage of products and samples.
15. Maintain the records of all quality specifications, customer specification, sample analysis, daily reports, monthly reports and shelf life analysis.
16. Maintain and update all relevant Statutory and Regulatory records.
17. Maintain Lab Equipment and their Calibrations
18. Ensure Lab Safety.
19. Coordination with External Laboratories.
20. Ensure the inventory management for chemicals, Glassware, Equipment spares, Lab Safety related Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE)
21. Follow Cargill's Quality policy and ISO guidelines.
22. Ensure food safety from raw material shipment to supply of the products.
23. Food safety audit of the location and submit the report. Suggest for continuous improvements.
24. Ensure conformance to provision of the W&M Act in each of the SKUs packed at the Ext mfg location
25. Commercial operations at Tolling

- Packing material and consumer packing samples and analysis & Esure the weights thru sample analysis as per the frequency
- Regulatory compliance on FSSAI & W&M Act
- Packing material and consumer packing samples and analysis
- Follow GLP and ensure the calibration of equipments & Preparation of daily and month reports of analysis
Education : B. Sc.. / M Sc.(Food) / Dip. Milling/BE/BTECH(Food)
Experience : 3-5 years experience in flour milling Quality function and production development
