Job Description:

• In process check (processing, material cleaning and packing area to ensure that all processing steps meet the standard specifications.
• Sharing Lab testing analysis in case of deviation to other departments via mail or manually like Purchase and Production and either reject or hold material.
• Line clearance processing equipments and area after clearing, product changeover and after preventive maintenance.
• Handling Customer complaints and providing corrective and preventive action.
• Keeping record of lot No. and record of material cleaned, records of rejection of material on Quality issues.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting process for compliance with timelines for delivery of labeling updates.
• Monitor and validate all labeling, nutritional data and other regulatory norms of products as per the country of origin and of country of usage.
• Analyse the efficiency of programs e.g. food safety, pest control, operational methods, personnel practices, maintenance activities, cleaning practices, etc.
• Recommend methods for improving product quality, best practices or manufacturing processes.
• Document and data control.
• Ensure the personal directly involved in the manufacturing; packaging, and distribution of product are appropriately trained to meet current GMP requirements.
• Imparting training to employees on GMP and company's Food Safety Management Systems.
• Check and ensure for the proper labelling of the containers. Checking of container before dispatch.
• Any other responsibility given by management and head of the department.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹132,000.00 to ₹156,000.00 /year
