Job Description:
- Should have experience in developing new products (preferably in spices). Should have in various origins of spices and their Physical, Chemical and Microbiological properties and their analysis.
Should have good understanding on Shelf life studies and sensory evaluation of right spices.
Should have good understanding of various instruments used for analysis.
Handle documentation in product development in preparing analysis reports.
Should have good understanding on the customer specification and reaching the expectation in preparing any new product.
Should be good in MS Office (Excel, Word and Power point)
Should have good command in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
