Job Description:
- JD:B.E/B.Tech (Food technology) with around 10-15 years experience preferably with training at CFTRI. Candidate should have exposure in Spice or masala product.
Key skills include:
Good knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, GHP system standards.
New Product Development & Food Preservation Technology.
Modern Food Packaging; Food safety Testing analysis using sophisticated instruments;
Management of Pest Control Activities; Raw Material costing; Strong Interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of English, Tamil and Malayalam (preferable)
Experience in spice Industry will be an added advantage.
Age below : 40-45 yrs.
