Food Technologist

    We have an opening for the position of Food Technologist at our Corporate R&D Lab in Peenya, Bangalore.

    Major Roles & Responsibilities
    New product development
    Work towards developing functional food & snack items
    Develop & monitor good process knowledge including product formulation.
    Research current consumer markets and latest technologies to develop new product concepts
    Audit suppliers or manage internal audits
    Work on packagininnovation and technology.
    Check raw ingredients for maturity or stability for processing and finished products for safety, quality and nutritional value.
    Monitor QA / HACCP norms & FSSI guidelines

    Desired Skills and Experience

    Education : M.Sc / M.Tech / B.Tech Food Technology / Food Processing
    Experience : Experience in new product development 
    Should have exposure towards Snacks / Functional food development
    Industry : Snack / Food / Functional Food industry
    CTC : Depends on the experience & credentials
