Location - Delhi NCR
CTC - Upto 7.5 Lacs / Annum

Purpose - Quality Head is responsible for overall Quality  of Analytical Central Laboratory

JD -

• Authorized to prepare the Quality policy and objectives.
• Ensures that communication processes are established in the lab and that communication takes place on the effectiveness of QMS.
• Communicates the importance of meeting customer requirements and regulatory requirements.
• Ensures integrity of the QMS, when changes are made.
• Conducts Management Review Meetings.
• Appointing qualified management personnel to key positions.
• Development and implementation of marketing & sales programs in consent with Joint general Manager.
• Ensuring that high level of Customer satisfaction is consistently achieved.
• Approval of all purchases and services.
• Framing of policy matters and decisions.
• Providing resources.
• Preparing and updating the quality manual and other technical documents.
• Document control.
