Qualification: B.Tech DT / FT
Your CV must contain the details of products and its varieties that you have manufactured and the machines that you have used. CV will be shortlisted on the basis of these datas.
Requirements
In hand experience in Ice cream is a must.
Capable to prepare production plan, calculating operation efficiency, daily reports
English, hindi speaking is a must
Thorough knowledge about Katta machine, Saddam machine, Cup machine is a Must
shift management
product Optimization
Additional weightage
- middle east experience
- experience in R and D
- additional exp in different varieties of cheeses, bakery products, yoghurt, laban, uht milk etc
