FSSAI Updates:
1. In a new directive, FSSAI has now permitted the Food Business Operators (FBOs) to paste the fortification logo on labels of edible vegetable oils.
2. FSSAI will soon launch 'The Orange Book' on Guidelines for Food Safety, Vendor Managemen, Training and Nutrition for Corporate Companies.
3. The Union government is on the final stage of issuing Food Safety and Standards (Advertisements and Claims) Regulations, 2017 and Consumer Protection Bill, 2018.
4. India's inadequate Healthcare Program has highest population of children stunted due to malnutrition.
