Name of the position :QA OFFICER
Qualification: Graduation in food/ Diploma in food
Experience: 1-3yrs or freshers can also apply
Salary : 16-25k per month

Skill Set & knowledge required
HACCP ISO 22000
Laboratory Techniques (Physiochemical)
Raw material, packing material
Handling of Instruments
Kjeldal unit, Muffle Furriness, Gerber unit, Abbe refract o meter, BR UNIT,OVENS
Calibration of equipment
Process measurement
Proper Knowledge GMP,GHP
Proper Knowledge Cleaning in place
Responsibilities
Responsibility of overall Quality of product
Ensure Prestart-up inspection of plant
Ensure processing parameter as per ISO 22000 & HACCP and as per customer specifications
Conduct analysis of RM, In-process & FG product
Quality Assurance & control of Incoming Material, inspection of warehouse and market Sample
Ensure Non conference product handling.
Calibrate daily laboratory equipment
Ensure Compliance the GMP, GHP in the plant as per standard.
Ensure Daily cleaning, equipment cleaning in place .
