Business Agenda 

• Responsibility for Quality Assurance from the stage of raw material to finished product - Process Controls
• Ensuring PAP scores at Target - Plant Quality & Trade Quality Scores
• Ensuring product quality at standard with Quality best practices
• Ensure C&C costs within AOP
• Update/Use SAP MM module and M&W -
• Proactively plan and execute Maintenance Schedules in QC
• Lead and Manage Projects to ensure that business objectives are delivered - New Line, New Products
• Ensure IQA facility and Standards as per Plan - GQA Score
• Ensuring water quality is maintained under the water conservation recovery system - Cork Lab Reports, 3rd Party Lab Reports
• Ensure BIS,PFA and FPO compliance in place - No Non-Conformances in Legal / Regulatory norms
• Test packaging material as per proto call
• Driver AIB ,TPM culture in plant
• Maintain WTP(water treatment plant) and syrup operations
• Control ETP(effluent treatment plant)
• Responsible for market visit/ Trade age/ customers compliances
• Calibration of measuring equipment

Transfer and Build Capability

• Develop system and SOP for continuous dissolving system
• Lead problem solving thru cross functional approach
• Deliver group training as required to build team capability on Quality Control Practices
• Roll out best practice tools in Quality Control by benchmarking

Qualifications/Requirements 

Food technology graduate with 4-5 years of experience
