Job Summary- Maintaining high level of food safety systems to mitigate all food safety risks on shop floor.
- To check quality of product at each stage of the operation right from the RM receipt to final dispatches, all in process and online inspections.
- Forecast and evaluate the departmental purchases, co-ordinate with the purchase manager and ensure that the quality of the purchased material is up to mark.
- To analyze customer complaints based on responses and take corrective actions for improvements.
- Coordinate with external laboratories to verify test results on sample.
- To make and verify trend analysis of each CCP’s/OPRP’s/PRP’s and report to top management.
- Prepare and maintain all records as per BRC/ISO22K/HACCP related to process.
- Conducting monthly traceability for any finished product and follow up for corrective action to ensure proper functioning of our traceability.
- Making of specifications and standards of new products, coordinating with NPD dept.
- Monitoring of pest control activities, plant design review to achieve zero pest level in plant.

Salary: ₹500,000.00 to ₹600,000.00 /year
