- JOB DESCRIPTION
- 1. Microbiology Analysis of Chicken & Meat raw material.
2. To maintain all Log books related to all instruments.
3. Maintaining Meticulous Record and Documents of All Operating Procedure. Analytical reports ,Consumption & Destruction Records.
4. Analysis of Raw Material, Finished Product and in process Products Respectively as per harmonized method.
5. Participate in department or commercial collaboration related internal and
external audits. Support with relevant corrective actions.

- Knowledge in Food Safety / HACCP /
Prior task assignment , planning and execution experience , and audit experience.
Ability to solve problems in a timely fashion.
Consistent high level of performance and ability to meet deadlines.
