We are looking for a Assistant Food Technologist to work with our in house Food technologist in providing subject matter expertise in the food technology space. This role is suitable for a candidate who has 1- 3 yrs experience in this field.
Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Food Science and Technology/ Engineering.
Preferably relevant research/ work experience in dough and bakery products.
Knowledge of engineering/ production to develop solutions for food processing.
Understanding of product (inc. formulation ) and process development for food products.
